Linux Server

I noticed there is a guide on how to run a server on a MAC and on Windows, but no guide on Linux. Could someone direct me to somewhere which has a guide to that? Or, could you explain to me how to set up a server using Linux?

If you look around harder you could probably find topics about it, because I know I have posted this video so many times.
