No, as GNU/Linux. And who is everybody? Most people I know use GNU/Linux, certainly when it comes to things like a public forum post which seems semi-serious in its attempt to deliver good information.
Not to throw more gas on the fire, but the only people I've heard/seen use "GNU/Linux" rather than simply "Linux" used it in an official setting, usually some type of legal document. But hey, does it really matter? Just as long as we all know what we're talking about, right?
