Mapping Wiki annoyances

Once I get to it I'll update the guide at http://tremmapping.pbwiki.com/. Since my time is limited however it would be nice to have a list or at least collection of things that are amiss. Post them here. Non-useful posts will be deleted to maintain overview.

Might be too broad, but maybe an in-depth tutorial of functions in GTK (preferably 1.5), such as Hollow, whats so bad about it, and how to use 3-point clipper, etc. I understand you have a limited amount of time, so maybe like one function a week or something, provided they are quite in-depth.

Maybe also some troubleshooting things like how to get rid of texturing problems like im having here.

This is not an addition thread. That's this one. This is for fixing things which are wrong with the wiki, please refrain from tutorial requests and post them in the other thread.
As a short and dirty answer to your questions.
Most things from the 1.2.13 tutorial on the wiki work in 1.5
Hollow stays bad.
Three Point Clipping
Troubleshooting is usually very specific. Only common problems would be allowed in the wiki and most normal errors are included in a reference list in the mapping tutorial.
