need help with ports

i need help with ports currently i have the ports set to 30720 udp and tcp with no type of service im using siemens 4200 this is on my standard ip as in internet protocol propertys i have been told to only set it to udp but it doesnt work the only thing i get is the server on lan not on internet list i have also set it on a different port on another port forwarding setting to 30710 which is the normal server static i can give screenshots of the port frowarding i have it on

the questions are do i

set it to the subnet ip
or the real ip

or do i do both with different protocols
