ok now my first tip:
after you have gone to the Yavin station a few times and have defeated the big group of trand's you can buy to special color crystals: "The Heart of the Guardian" and "Mantle of the Force" these provide bonuses to all other crystals -- but they cost 20k-25k.

And why is this on a tremulous board? I can half understand threads involving games, but if you want to extensively discuss specific information about a game why don't go to a board for that game and discuss it there.

I think this game is a big part of this guys life... His name, Revan, is taken from a main character in the game's storyline.

That does not answer any part of my question. What is the reason for it being here. This is a trem-oriented board. If he's such a fan of the game he should discuss it with his friends on his own means or on a board for that very purpose.

@Survivor:  I see Revan post on here a lot, so I think we can safely assume that posting on this forum is a part of his daily routine, thus yet another "important" part of his life.  Maybe he wants to see if people who share his interests in one area (trem/forums) also share interest in another area (KotOR/RPGs).  It makes perfect sense to me.

And now that we're done nitpicking about censorship, I'd like to make a comment related to the thread:

Revan, I have not played the original game, but I have played through the second one.  It was pretty enjoyable, but not really a game that I could see myself playing through more than once.  As for spoilers and such, I'm not a fan of following gaming guides, or using cheat codes or any of that irritating stuff that detracts from the sheer enjoyment of playing my fucking videogames.

I know people like it, but it seemed shallow and predictible to me.

Also, i hate turn based, so that might have had something to do with it.

Actually, when i first saw Mission i thought she was nice  But the game, KoTOR, rocks. Especially with that save game editor... <3

Too bad the max level you can get to is 20...

I hate the kotor2 storyline though, it makes the main character feel evil, even though he/she might not be (e.g. me, i like playing light side).

Yes I was disappointed with the level cap too, but if it had an infinite level cap what do you think would happen?

And kotor2? I read many reviews about the story-line being good and then the end being s***, but I couldn't get it to run no matter what I did: one thing Apple doesn't make sense; their graphics cards.

Don't wanna spoilt it for ya though ^^ I thought you had played kotor2.

One thing that sucked was that if you get hit by a blaster shot, you're supposed to die quite quickly. Same with lightsabers. However, in the game you have to keep on slicing people with the lightsaber. No arms/legs/intestines/heads drop off =[

And well, i wouldn't want the max level to be infinite, but something reasonable, like maybe 40.
