I Tryed everything i read stickys but i cant portfoward and i tryed everything i need help can anyone tell me a easy way to make a server or somewere i can buy a server using paypal.

when you mean you cant port forward is that mean your to can't figure it out or it just wont work because i am sure that you need to port forward to run a server

Might i mention that running a server from your house violates 99% of all home ISP's terms of service.
