Play alot in servers with people you might want to attract.
Get a few members with skills that are known and not some noob how seems good.

another thing, give it time, you only had this clan for like a week and you expect like 5 members to join, no what you should do is play and if people like you and your clan, they will join
The forums are only for posting information, and just notifying people, if they are interested, they are, as I said, as long as the clan is active and people like you, people will join, so dont try to rush it

Of course there are times when people get so desperate as to disregard posting on the forums and instead ask people to add a prefix in front of their name to signify that they've joined their 'clan'. But then again, I've only seen this happen once 0.o
