AKKA server - .. was kicked for excessive team damage

Hi.
It got me yesterday. The weird pard - I was a BUILDER, ducking behind a turret and repairing it with adv.con.pack. Tyrrant rushed our base, slashed the turret, me and 2 teammates. Next thing I saw on the console was 'rasz teamkilled to much' and 'was kicked for excessive team damage'. WTF?

I was sure it was one time glitch, but today saw it again, this time some other poor soul got fuxored in the ass in the same way :

As you can see the common theme is Tyrrants multiple kills in human base + tesla/turret kills. In my case those were "my" turrets and teslas that got kills.

The good thing is that the ban is temporary (I mailed and messaged    Mario in panic after experiencing it :/).

Any explanations?

Only thing i can think of is the exploding turret, but why that would register as your damage I have no idea.

Or simply the bot hates you.
