I dunno.. the point of sticking Crap! was partially so it's easy to find when merging something into it, and partially like any other sticky - this is examples of stuff that shouldn't be on the forums, and why.  I have a feeling this thread won't be as "useful" to warrant a sticky, and will probably be found easily as long as there's new crap appearing.

the thing that you are even proud of it, and you call it an "operation" drives it into even deeper levels.
you annoyed some teenage mutant ninja turtle dudes using your reputation as a big-headed troll - that was the operation.
and they didn't have to control themselves at all, they had fun together flaming you and they are together with it, while you are poking maci to see how cool you are. some bans and locks are only cheering them up and making it obvious that you are on the wrong way to handle the situation.

on the other hand, "clanfolks", who are doing quite much for tremulous especially ingame, are not generally assholes. i don'T really know the american ones, but i have seen many people learning from clansmen by different kind of trainings, far beyond the standard "green box is the armory" helps. building bases, training with different classes vs different weapons, team movement, et cetera. not to mention that "clanfolks" are inviting many new players and having their own communities.

clanlife makes tremulous quite competitive, what is the reason why most people are playing the game. you obviously lack this kind of spirit, as your tremlife is behind the fences of ffa...

so after all: yes i am sure, you simply downgraded yourself to a level what you supposed to police.

What did clanfolk add to Tremulous besides a lot of childish, testosteron-driven drama? A quick look in your precious Clan section more than proves my point.

Really, there is nothing wrong with being in a clan, but please step off your cloud and put both feet back on the earth. Everything you said that speaks in favor of clanfolk applies just as well to people who are not in a clan, which kind of removes the foundation from your argument.
