Monitor problems

Every time I open this,I can't see the menu,640X800 dosn't fit on my screen,I've been trying to find the settings button for 20 mins or so

It shows me the top of the screen at the bottom,and cuts out the part where all the buttons are,I have 800X600 monitor.

800x600 seems to scale incorrectly on monitors with a native resolution of 1280x1024(like most LCD's). The bottom 25% of the image is cut off.
