How are thee wrong, let me count the ways...

1) Troubleshooting, not "Mod Reviews & Releases"
2) Lots of caps, makes posts hard to read
3) Old thread - not even a stickied one, which would be understandable - necro'd for a question having nothing to do with the thread itself.
4) Question answered numerous times in other places, 'search' is your friend.

I would try downloading from Tremulous.net. That might help. As well as not all-caps. That might help as well.

However, if both of those, and the advice given before me, don't help, then try browsing the forum some. Apparently, the master server was down for a bit.
