How do I report forum miscreants?

I would like to know how to report forum miscreants, i.e. ones who are intentionally being total jerks and won't stop PM-ing you.

Not sure if it appears in PM, but in a forum post, it appears next to the ip address, or in a regular member's case, the "Logged" text

or maybe only a moderator's post can be reported to moderators if seen by a moderator.

the classic before my brain opens a black hole... moderator moderator is moderator.

btw why on earth isn't it displayed if someone is a moderator? regardless to avatar which is turned off on many computers. or maybe... only moderators can see if someone is a moderator...?

Eww, yeah.. just fired up another browser, and where that thing in the lower right of every post says "Logged" it should either be clickable, or say "Report to moderator" next to it.  But it doesn't.

I'd better recommend to make it available to report the dudes to moderators who you see "logged in(smthng like 'active in the last 15 minutes')" at the bottom of the main forum page.

Alright, I had someone tell me that reporting of PMs is turned on; but the issue with reporting regular posts confuses me now.  Can someone take a screenshot of the lower-right corner of this post?  (Obviously not someone who's a moderator, since we know that works fine).  Realized after my last post that of course it didn't give me the option before, I wasn't logged in at all.  Needs more caffeine.
