Some Suggestions for the game (if you want it to be better)

1) If you buy an armor in the inventory you can see it,, why? I think that there should be an armor image..
2) if there is a server that has a map that i dont have.. i cant download it..
3) if i am an alien i can hide in the egg..

NO. These are not problems with the game, these are "problems" with you being new to the game. Play more, ask questions, and you'll figure out how to do things.

By the way...why would you hide in an egg? You might as well just spectate the game.

the armor icons are located at the bottom of your screen
that symbol there is for helmet there is another for light armor, and bsuit.

you have to allow downloads, type in consal (this thing ~`) cl_allowdownload 1.  You should also have GUID.  Go to trem.tjw.org/backport click on your os, and download the top file on to your desktop.  Drag it into your tremulous folder and replace your existing tremulous.exe or tremulous.dmg if you are using a mac.
the location of the tremulous folder is as follows
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Tremulous/
Windows: C:\program files/tremulous/
Linux: if you are using linux its a little different so don't follow my guide
3) if i am an alien i can hide in the egg..
and if you are a human you can hide in a telenode. Hiding in an egg does not make you invincible.
