restraining would be dependent on people's oral skill but... at least using teamkick option would help 1 hopeless guy ruining gameplay for his teammembers.

yeah, and I think it would also be good for those who want to see how many times they were killed to compare it with how many times they killed someone.  I'm glad someone else thinks its a good idea and not just me!
