im new in this game and i cant play

If you downloaded it from http://www.Tremulous.net/files, than you should have this.

Apparently, the OP has solved this issue, and moved on to more arduous issues, like finding the "Q" on his keyboard, and the big green box that the guns come out of.

Hello,

Click on the button Play.


Then, click on Source: Local until you get Source: Internet (Look at the big blue 1 on the image!). After that, click on Get New List, wait a bit, and you will have big list of servers ! (It's the 3 on the image).
Choice a server where there is players, with a good ping (a good ping is a low number, for exemple, 50 is a good ping, choice the lowest possible). Double click on it, or do a simple click on it and click on the arrow (The big blue 7 on the image).

Tips : It's better to switch View Empty and View Full off (In the extrem-right of the big blue 1).
