Were do u get mods n why don't people become online on tremulous

 could any1 help me i searched n couldn't find any mods plz help me n is it the server i'm using r why does'nt people go online on tremulous

In the server menu click on "Local" until it changes to "Internet", then refresh.

Mac: ~/Library/Application\ Support/Tremulous/base/
Windows: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Tremulous\base\
