Tremulous rly need a update, as players we can write here all suggestion which may be needed in some patch. Its some of my ideas

More expensive Bsuit
Slower the Bsuit
Less money for dretches and 1/2 stage point or for killing them.

Its weird to see tones of game 4 aliens vs 8 humans cos everyone want to play just human, they win 75% games unless they got deconstructor and mostly its hard to play as alien cos humans always get s3 in 15 mins, saw s3 in 3 mins :/ As aliens get goons and so its getting normal but the start of game is weird, looking in console you see "Bitten by adbdsf" then 10 "Machinguned By" someone got luck "Bitten by" and another tone "Gunned down, Chaingunned, Machingunned"  If the dretch wont give full points it wont make fight Human S3 Alien S1. Have you tried already defend base with 10 dretches against 10 Luci+Bsuit?

An advice ? Play on a server with better alien players and more balanced teams.

I agree, but not for your reasons. Stage 1 is biased heavily in the aliens favour, but no where near as heavily as stage 2 is biased in the humans favour.  Stage 3 however I find is slighty balanced in humans favour, because of the cheapness of BSuits. Its far easier to rack up a few dretch kills for a S3 human, than it is for aliens to get a few evo points.

I think the reason for this is due to the fact that nearly all of the humans have some amount of money when they hit s3, and so none of them are completely unequiped and vulnerable to dretches. This is because they get money is distributed in a continuous way for doing any damage to an alien before it gets killed. Aliens however dont get this partial credit for killing lesser equiped humans because of the more discrete way evo points are gained. And so at s3 you can often end up with 3 or 4 evolved aliens, and the rest of the team dretches, who end up getting cut down again and again, helping the marines even more.

My suggestion for this is to simple move the aliens onto a credit based system, like the humans, with different aliens costing different amounts of credits to evolve into. I cant see any down side to this system, and it would do a lot to solve the imbalance of kill rewards for the two sides

Alien migth enjoy credit system and taking credit for dmg like humans, much easier to evolve, you got creds for damaging, much easier than kill solo Bsuit for Evo..
There is little unbalance in s1 and some times aliens pwn in s1, but the worst thing is that noone can use the power of dretches, "Hunting Evo points" -> Rushing untill humans they get s3 and start rushing, just rushing dretches make that.. thanks for game


And oh.. i forgot to wrote about bigged unbalance in Tremulous for4... Aliens want purple 'Goons like in beta!! Goons are not anymore purple.. thats why we loose, purple goons will pwn all thoose cheap bsuits. How to balance tremulous? Purple dragoons!
