I think TRaK is right, I think its in !help and !info, he wants to know how to change stuff in it.

Yeah, is there a way to change !info

Check the documentation with the QVM that you got it from, or that which comes with the patch itself; benmachine lists not only where the files need to go, but also how to pull cvars out of the server and display them in the output of the !info text.

!help text can't be changed except by editing the source and recompiling.

You can also add commands to admin.dat, but they usually aren't very useful.
