[SOLVED] Downloading/installing Tremulous

I downloaded Tremulous V 1.1.0 windows and the file that comes out is a php file called downloading. Im new to computers and I dont really know what to do, help me?

Edit: I was using the firefox downloader and somehow IE downloader fixed this problem.

Go here: http://tremulous.net/files/
and click on "tremulous-1.1.0-installer.exe" (left click!)
Now the file should be downloaded properly.
