Besides the nearly identical abreviation, nearly identical name, identical tag layout, the identical capitilzation, and the lack of organization I'd say they're quiet different looking.

You're wrong, KoR is far from dying. The people that parted actually helped out the clan drastically, except daz, because they were mostly the really inactive ones. Worm just had to take a break, she is back.
Anway, i'd check the facts before you try yapping your mouth about KoR dying.

Not to intrude but here is my opinion. 

Now impulse has every right to create his clan the way he wants it, there is nothing that says anything that he cant.
But with him saying that KoR is almost dead it seems he is trying to make a copy of the clan from my perspective.  But KoR is not almost dead from the way I see it, there servers are always full, have players in there time to time.

Impulse you really should know better not to of done this, in a way your probably going to be flamed by most the KoR members if not all.
In a way it seems your trying to do this to get attention, but I doubt you get any.  This seems a bit immature from the way I see it.
Anyways continue with the clan, nobody is stopping you.

I've been a member of KoR since back in November, when our member count was below 15, and I can tell you a few things about Impulse.
1- Impulse (or "VeNoM" and then "Spawn" as he later changed his name to on our forums and servers...link) was a member of KoR for some time.
2- Impulse was vetted from KoR for rampant abuse of the commands graciously given to him. Link.
3- Were you lazy enough to use the same font and layout from our site logo as yours?
Please do not take this as a flame, just trying to provide a background. Frankly Impulse, you can do what you want with your clan, but don't go around saying we are dying or that Worm is gone, she came back.

He's entitled to have a clan as much as we are... If anything his spoof was just meant to irritate us and attempt to provoke us. While I can see that has already happened to some of you, I'll go back to my cave.

Zero:u replyed to my topic on the KoR forum i got the information to make my HUDs from the data pk file i did mix HUDs at the start then i started doing proberly.

Im still trying to make a new tag for KoD this wot i thought of:
