Building Trem under MSVC

I know I'm going to sound noobish, so lets get that out of the way

Hi, I'm frak, and I'm a noob.

K, done with that.

I'm trying to compile Tremulous under Microsoft Visual Studio (I have 6, 2003, 2005, and 2008, so I'm not lacking on version), and while I attempted to compile the vcproj script, it ended up with it just using GNU/make to compile. Later, I tried just winging it and creating a new project, for which I'm alien to other projects other than my own. Through all of this mumbling of mine, is there a guide somebody can point me to for all the steps needed to compile tremulous/tremded in MSVC?

Even a cmake -> nmake tutorial would help.

P.S. I know MSVC isn't the preferred way to compile, but I want to anyway.
