Tremulous server: Linux?
« on: August 05, 2008, 11:31:49 pm »
So, do I need the full install of the linux version of tremulous to host a trem server on my linux shell? Or can I just get the game.qvm, TJW's tremded, and the mod I want? I don't know how well I can use the installer because i just have shell access.

you need a full copy of the data, the installer runs in curses if it can't find gtk, but you probably want to grab the .zip anyway.

Drop it in a folder somewhere.  There's no "installation" required.
