client download went wrong and need help

ok well when ever i get in a game it says that i have a old client and that i can update it at http://trem.tjw.org/blackport/       and i have downloaded it.....but.... when i try getting on tremulous it says this....

you need to copy it to the folder tremulous is installed in.
