Tremulous Console Commands

Sorry, maybe it's a noob question, but can you make for me (and I think not only for me...) a list of Tremulous Console Commands...?

And please describe which does what...

I tried to make my own server but I didn't know what commands are to:
- make the server changing maps automatically (if this command even exists :O)
- turn off/on friendly fire for players and for buildings (or only for one of them)
- turn the cheats on/off
- give funds (evolultion points and credits) to anyone (if i'm server) or only to myself (is it /give xxxx command ?)
- cheat (a list of cheats would be great)
- manage teams and players (eg. give frag, kill etc.)

Of course other commands would be useful too.
