Personal Messaging?

I'm just wondering if it is possible to send a private message to another player in game.
Sometimes you don't want to offend people but reallly want to say something, or just want to talk about some random thing without having to exit the game and use an instant messenger. (windowed mode doesn't do too well on my low resolution)

tjw's version of the tremulous server has private messages. see http://tjw.org/tremulous/FEATURES.txt

you can send a private message to a player in front by pressing u (or /messagemode3).

On any server using trembot, use /m NAME/SLOT MESSAGE to send to a player, or if there are several players with similar names, use /mt NAME MESSAGE to send messages to anyone on your team with a name like that.


That said, there is also target chat.
