and why is it better.

And IMO linux is better for servers, but I'm probably biased.  (AFAIK most non-home hosted server are linux, the obvious exception being SST)

Or Gamez-Host.  There are many hosting providers willing to rent a server out to you.

The server should be hosted in Germany and at least 12 slots for 10 euro and !linux

Linux > Windows for servers
I havent really seen reliable free servers that arent single people.
But if you choose to host from a single person you probably wont get full rights to handle the server settings however you want xD

.-. The only thing linux is bad for is some newbies,
Because if they dont read up on linux they might find themselves accidently deleting all thier files.
Other then that,
Love it.
Havent seen many problems with newbies deleting all thier files though.

Hello i have the F * * * * * * problem with my server(sorry for languge)....i've opened port 32123 and i hosted a server(i have adsl) it worked but did not showed on list then i tested it by calling some player in and he couldnt find it nither but he searched for me and he found me and joined then we played for an half hour and i got out closed a server and turned off my pc few minutes later i got bored and turned on pc and runed a server but my adsl changed ip but it still should work but did not worked so idk what should i do now????how to fix it???
