Please help me get my name back

ugh i was working on my server the other day, and someone gave me a cmd to erase like everything on my computer, and luckily i stoped it before it got to everything, i still have tremulous, but i dont have tremx or my name, where can i get tremx and how can i get my name back?

Stick game.qvm and all the PK3s in ~/Library/Application Support/Tremulous/tremx.

Hint: You'll need to start the server with +set fs_game tremx.

And, btw, you lose your name(admin) for ever, because you may have lost your old Qkey (instead that you have a backup of it) where is stored the GUID(your identification in game), so if you dont have a backup of it you are phailed.
