1.2 question, yes i searched, and please dont flame

I was browsing around the forums and i found a "chopper" model by stannum, i thought he was just showcasing his skill because it looked amazing, but then apparently its going to be included in 1.2 as the Mara chop? Is that true?

Also on his gallery (on his site) hes got a load of new models for guns, and one of a base, are they going to be included in 1.2 aswell?

Because if so, it looks great... I mean the mara chop video is amazing.

And i did search but couldnt find the answer i wanted, so be nice.

i think the mara shud be in 1.2 because stannum himself said it would, but i want to know about all the other things :D

There are plans to release 1.2 with updated graphic; New HUD(s), alien choppers, and updated human weapons. Now, mind you, these are plans. The only changes that are definite are the balance changes. There's apparently going to be a handful of new maps being released, aswell.

Oh, and Tremulous 1.2 is being ported to source, and then ps3.

Put your face very close to the screen, then slowly move away looking through Stannum's post like one of those 3D magic eye things and you will see the answer!

hehe, thanks lol.

I think i get the message, now i just have to wait for 1.2 :D

I love those magic eye books! theyre so cool! I can remember there was a program for making them somewhere :p *imagines a trem magic eye*

But the new chopper whatever looks amazing stannum, so thanks anyways for sharing it :p

The alien choppers are pretty much finished. Only the dragoon choppers need to be animated and put ingame. And a new particle effect has to be made.

I applaud you for your great moddeling skills, and i applaud any other members of the team which i do not know, and i applaud khalsa for bing khalsa.

But seriously, why arent they in one place so that we can all drool over our computers :p?

Also can i just say that the texturing on the chopperz are brilliant!

Oh and like the admin on that site said, the camo on the sleeve of the human... Is it just a human model update or.... More armours?!
