some cmds dont work

on mai server, i have ambush qvm, and some of the commands dont do anything, but they show up in the admincmds or what ever that console list is... cmds that dont work:
bot, model and a few others, i dont remember exactly help please

well now when i do bot, it says no more slots for bots, but the server is empty so idk how that could be...

If it says that you dont have more slots it means that you need more PRIVATE SLOTS, so add more and the bots will work.
