Setting up server to have 2 Reactors/overminds

hello, i played on some tremulous server and i saw that its enabled to have 2 reactors/overminds and i wonder how can i set that for my server or where can i download that game.qvm file???

We did this on the House of Nuts (nut server), ask Rezyn - he made the mod and is the server owner. :)
