Gamez-Host Temp. Shutdown

As most of you know Gamez-Host was hosting a server in Tremulous called "Dretch*Tsunami" unfortunately we had the Hurricane named IKE come through and made landfall southeast Texas where I am located, the servers are located in Dallas, TX and luckily for us the servers were not effected at all.  The shutdown came in through a payment failure which IKE had caused and a financial issues.  But the good news is that we will be back online shortly and we will begin to host games of your choice.  I'm not sure what section of the forums this belongs in, but feel free to move it.  Thanks again for those who have stayed with us while downtime.

I feel your pain man.

My roof was near destroyed and my house and property sustained all sorts of other damage.

Insurance premium kicked my ass.

Way back in 2000, my entire town had to be evacuated by a fire.

I didn't get affected, but i know friends who were.

This fire was hot enough to melt masonry. That is to say, NOTHING survived. Just empty lots. Roads melted too.

I believe I heard about that fire.  I'm not sure if its the same.  But Ryedale was the towns name.  Not sure if it's the same town.

This is taking longer then I expected.  When we come back online, we will have a new staff, new forums, and most of all new servers.  At the moment, the phone call I am currently waiting on has yet to come through.  I'll be making the call today after work, and see what the plans are.  If worst comes to worst, I will atleast put new forums online on my home linux box.

Unfortunately no! I was going to backup the php database a day after it got cut off. 
The new website with the same domain: http://www.gamez-host.net will be online soon.  So just hang in there.

Also if anyone is willing to help out with setting up the website and has experience please contact me.
