Where do I get Tremulous modifications?

Where do I get modifications for this game? There's a Mod button on the main menu, so I was just wondering where one might get mods for Tremulous.

There really aren't many mods for Tremulous.

I'm only aware of one, actually, and all it does is arbitrarily increase or decrease human speed depending on what they carry.

It's on the forums somewhere if you look around, but I don't think any servers are running it.

How do mods work with servers anyways? Is it the server that determines what mod it uses and then only lets players in who have that mod?

I like that there is a mod button btw, because it means we will most likely be able to toggle out mods.

The source is open for modification, and the server needs to be running the mod for you to use it.
