Misalligned Textures

Hello,
I made my own texture to use on a map I am making, when I insert it on gtk radiant everything looks fine.
But,
When I compile the map and get ingame the texture that I made is repeated on the area I put it on (it appeared that it was fine on gtk radiant).
I also tried this with the "BUILD SPAWN" texture from mission_one_b6 and the same thing happend.
Could someone please tell me how to fix this?
(By the way, my texture is the same size as the BUILD SPAWN one from mission_one_b6 (I think 256x256) and its also a .tga file.)
