Need help with with finding whats wrong with my Pk3 file

 i have my map compiled and all that good stuff is in the pk3 and its sealed....i just cant figure out why it wont load = /. someone please tell me what im missing

Umm... it's 31KB and password protected? (Is it even possible to make a *map* that small?)
