Shaders problem?

I've had trem for a while now, and it has ran without a hitch. Just lately the shaders (namely on Niveus) have messed up. Graphics that are meant to be transparent are not, like the light flares. I know my pc specs are not the problem, cos it hasn't happened before and i've racked my brains trying to figure out what's happened.

I havent downloaded any map lately, although i have downloaded a fare few in the past.
I have downloaded a HUD, but i dont think thats the problem. I dl'd it just before this happened.
The game works perfectly fine, this just messes up the graphics.
