in your server.cfg or through Rcon, etc.

If it doesn't work, consider updating your server's version, search for the mod-specific way to declare it or search for a patch.

Which QVM/version are you using?

Are you running the server through the "Create Server" link at Tremulous client?

And i running the server ""D:\Program Files\Tremulous\tremded.exe" +set dedicated 2 +exec server.cfg"

That feature is only availible in p-g-qvm I believe.

Example #1: To train feetgrab+gas+jumptohead+headgrab+finalclawpwn with adv basi versus chainguns without having to gain 2 evos each time you die.
At least that's why I use freefunds, to train other aliens/weapons without wasting time getting the evos/creds again.

Yes, that's what devmap is for. The it's obvious that you're running a cheat server instead of masquerading as a normal game.
