I tried with the jetpack once but couldn't get any higher than the blue forcefield. Could some servers have a better/patched ATCS map?

Darth: No, you cannot fall out of the map without devmap or bugbuilding but thank you for the tutorial for lucijumping :)

Urcs: No, you cannot get any higher because that is the limit of the map. You only can get out of that with noclip and devmap. However you can get stuck in the sky without devmap if you jump up with an adv goon and evolve to tyrant when hitting the ceiling... But only slapping or getting killed will get you out of there. So I wouldn't recommend messing around with that if it's not a fun-game. :)
