how do i zoom out if i dont have a scroll weel on gtk

And for the record, it's referred to as "Radiant", not "Gtk". Gtk is a window system.

GTK is an user interface widget toolkit(buttons!), not a window manager nor a window system. X11 is a window system, for example.
