ok i for 1 am completely fed up with playing a game full of wallhax and botters, i have been playing this game for almost 2 years now and ive seen the numbers of players drasticly decrease because of the hacking, and then again if you are a genuinly good player and are not botting you get votekicked anyway, and aall these people on here keep bitching about n00b players, without a few nubs on every server who would be there? most of the actually good players dont play anymore, and the few that do are few and far between. i frequent the skittlez server almost daily and have accounted damn near everyone in that server cheating, and have made demos of most of them, yet the server admins do nothing, what better way to discourage a newbie joining the game then dretching against 5 human botters, and if you say anything to the admins even if they know the person is cheating, they still do nothing, and generally i get called a liar for saying so. it doesnt take a rocket scientist to spec someone boting and figure it out. if they use a rifle and unload 90 rounds (3clips) into the same goon, (and into multiple other aliens that happen to run by) without missing a single shot its VERY obvious, whats even more screwed up is most of the people playing that use bots on that server have low pings (lagged), so if they were any kind of player at all they should really kick ass without one. i average 70-100kills a game aliens or humans on that server and my ping is never below 150, and i only get 10-15fps at times because of spammed rets and tubes. ive only recently found out several clans (entire clans) that are all aimbotters, Sorry [opp] for busting your balls, but i happened into [opp]ressed the other day and there were 7 of their clan members there setting up different weapons for use with thz4.1, and im not even gonna say im all godlike and havent used a bot, i frequently go into t arena and bot my ass off, but to cheat in a game where its not needed is ridiculous. and some of you are probably saying well why dont you go to a different server. 1 not to many lagged servers, 2 i dont like unlagged(even nubs rock at unlagged, and theres nothing more annoying than being a naked human and having a rant attack you from accross the map) 3, ive actually had aliens that i was behind while im staring directly at their ass (rants)attack me, its ridiculous. i guess what all this rant is about is the fact i think the dev team should focus a little more on keeping hackers out of the game, instead of adding a flying alien class or a dodge ability for humans. tbh i havent played in over 3 months just because of this fact, all i do now is join and watch people cheat. i hate to say it guys but if something isnt done about it this game will end up along with a large list of other fps's that are dead because of the same reasons. personally i love this game, always have, and used to play it about 15 hours a day. i havent lost any interest in it at all (not like im bored) but its just very frustrating when you see three people of a clan come into a server, and BAM suddenly the game is onesided because they all cheat, and to apollo and your numurous posts on being banned etc, dont fucking cheat, just because you host a subdomain dedicated to tremulous videos doesnt mean your above the rules. and to all the rest of you people on here that bot, grow a sack and learn to play without one, or please just stop playing
