Water Probleme!

Hi i try to make a Water tube and is not working!

I use Water texture from Pulse and Nodraw Common!

All I have to do to make water is make a block or w/e I want to be the water and cover it with a water shader (like textures/karith/water). I use the inprogram compiler by the way. It works great, try it
