how do u make a cover for the vents, like a grate, that u can still walk through? there is a few in aracnid i believe... :granger:

There are none in arachnid2, there are some in karith. You can make it by making a brush using nodraw nonsolid shader, and then applying a cull none nonsolid shader to the face you want to be visible; or you can make it out of 2 patch meshes.

you can also use the "karith/e3grate_transt2" shader.

Or one patch mesh with a suitable double-sided shader.

make the grate from caulk and all u have to do is make 1 of the sides that isnt visible a nodraw tex and then it can be walked through.
