Need Help with server.

Someone is probably gonna tell me to go read other topics or google, I tried those....no good results. I have some problems with my server.

1) How do I make builders spawn as stage 3 from the start of the map? 

2) How do I make a server with alot of creds and build points?

3) Where can I edit the settings of the server to change the above?

4) My friend got some troubles with the server:
On every map except A.C.TS, most of his keyboard and mouse get frozen. He can type but can't click. Stuck as spec.

5) Another friend got a bigger problem:
When he tried to connect to the server, he was kicked. The reason was Vote Kick.
I was the only one playing and I surely didn't do it. Then he tried to connect again and he told me that he couldn't play cos of ping. Reason =  This server is for low pings only. On the console I was seeing alot of Client 1...Client 2..3..4..5..6..7..8..9..10. Then he told me that he got Temp Banned. Strange.

Can someone be kind enough to help me? I got no were else to go for help. Please Help. Thanks in advance.

What QVM and what tremded are you using? From what SVN revision are they compiled? Are they even compatible and/or backported?

If reinstalling did not do the trick for you, you need to learn what those words mean.
But considering your questions, we can assume that you did not even read the configuration-files. That is a job you have to do on your own.

And is there a way to completely remove Trem? When I reinstalled it, I still had some of the maps I got from the servers.

I didn't find anything.
I also tried hosting a server using the arcade mod but the mod doesn't appear while playing on my server.
Pure Server = No.

why unpure? is there any VALID reason?

If I host it as pure, my friends get: "Unpure Client Detected" or something like that. My problem list has been updated.

Your friends are using modified clients. They need to be using a propah client such as tjw's backport.

Or you need to clean all the shit out of your install.
(Random mods etc picked up from broken servers)

It's probably a good idea to run your server in a different base directory and with a different fs_game fs_homepath. If you hard-link all the maps, you don't even need to copy them and take up valuable HD space!

please don't change fs_game unless you have non-map downloads, it just spams up client's and breaks binds etc.
use a different fs_homepath
