Modding

I have a couple questions about modding. First off, what programs can/do you use to mod, and where can I learn how to mod? I am willing to spend alot of time on learning and I really want to make my own mods.

First you need to learn C programming language. Once you understand that, you should read the stickies in this subforum.

1. A text editor. Preferably one with syntax highlighting
2. Use your brain, learn coding in C, read the whopping amount of posts in this forum
