Need help

For some reason my server wont read the set rcon . I need help with this if i want to run my server .
It always says no set rcon. Am i suppose to set it some were else . If any of u know whats wrong could you please help.

set rconpassword "myrconpassword"

Ingame:

exec server.cfg

and to enter a command with the rcon type this in the console /rcon yourrrconpassword command

Then /rcon whatevercommand
