Suggestions:
-Make a website/forum
-If you can, grab a server
-Get a roster
-Keep in mind to be actively online, if you are, then so will your clan mates
-Take criticism gracefully and maturely
-Try to keep a good reputation as a well-behaved player with skill, so others can follow
-Keep in mind that you should play on "normal" balanced servers more often then un-balanced ones to show your team that you prefer normal games
-Keep in mind to practice with your clan mates and try to scrim once you think your clan is ready
-Keep in mind that doing a tryout whereas the other player willing o be your clan shouldn't be better then you. If so, thats great, take him him. If not, see if he can improve. If you think so, take him
-Try not to make tags similar to other clans (if this is not the case, ignore this)
Anyways, goodluck, you'll need it.
Also guys, lets not burn this topic like the last one (Not that anyone did- yet), I realized that flaming new clans won't make them any better then they were.
