Admin Levels and how to get them (Including Leaders of Clans)!!!!

            Please, guys, I don't know what else to do. Not only can I not keep my server up (It never appears in the selection list), but my friend created the Wolf clan and ever since he moved and couldn't play anymore, I took over and registered the Clan. My plea is, HOW DO I GET AT LEAST ONE OR TWO ADMIN??!! PLEASE HELP ASAP!!
