AvP2, fuck yeah! The single player was great, but it shines on multiplayer (Survivor ftw). But as far as anyone is concerned, Trem's inspiration came off Gloom, and Gloom was inspired by AvP. You can't really copyright pounce, headbite, etc, and all those games play totally differently from each other.

Its like saying "Fable is a fork off the Elder Scrolls series, copyright infringement ZOMG lulz". Yeah, it borrows elements from Elder Scrolls, but it doesn't mean it ripped off Elder Scrolls, both games are totally different from each other.
