My brother is a former recent tremulous player. He quit 6 months ago. So today, I decided to interview him on why he quit Tremulous. Here are the results:
Q: Are the maps boring?
A: No
Q: Why did you quit Tremulous
A: Well, Tremulous is gay, well its not gay, I just hate the fact that people change the settings of Tremulous, like Shotgun does ultra damage, and people make random maps. I hate that I have to download so many maps! Another thing is remember the time someone started cursing, and Dad came in and saw the curses, and I got in Trouble, Exactly that. Tremulous is spammed of maps and the Qvms make teams uneven on the chance of winning.
Q: Do you enjoy Mods?
A: Yes, I think Tremulous Mods are nice, at least they aren't spammed like the maps. But it does take a long time to download them when not HTML coded.
Q: Do you think curses should be censored?
A: Yes, I do
Q: Is X Fun?
A: X is for noobs, Humans always win.
Q: How do you feel about the Tremulous 1.1 servers?
A: I hate them, they take up nearly half of all the servers
Q: Do you consider the Squares at the top are a way of spam?
A: Yes
Q: What do you think tremulous needs to be improved on?
A: Delete any server with Tremulous 1.1, keep only maps players like available to be downloaded, on tremulous, squares are deleted if tried to be used, change the weapons, add more levels and weapons.
