Notes:
Drop the pk3 inside your base folder, you can test this on any non-pure server.

I'm having some issues with it.

One, the bulk of it in the lower right corner in first person mode is positively huge and eats up screen space.

Second, the fact it glows, which can be a giveaway, help aliens locate you in low light conditions.
