Either cactusfrog has gone crazy or his account has been compromised. So far he's sent me a number of absolutely useless PMs:

I recommend a ban or some sort of deactivation.
Actually, don't ban him yet. I'm currently doing a PM convo with him to find out what's up.

Compromisation seems a more likely happening. If his account gets banned, he can always make a new one. Moderators can specify a reason for the ban, can't they? Perhaps they could change his password and send it to his email?
